Megsie.com is, to wit, the ideal projection of Megan Barry’s actual self. Megan, a noted misanthrope and aspiring author, is a twenty-one year old native of Boise, ID. Raised by a family of unnecessarily sarcastic bears in a wilderness community 26 miles remote of Boise, Megan learned to be largely self-sufficient, but, unfortunately, her social skills suffered. Thankfully, the bears were anglophiles, and her education in wilderness living was supplemented by healthy doses of the Classics and a deeply rooted disdain of trashy, pop-culture works of fiction.
Until recently, Megan was pursuing a degree in English Literature and had reached her third year of studies, before choosing to take a break in order to preserve the remnants of sanity that remained to her. In December, she made the decision to move to Seattle, WA and relocated there at the end of March. In Seattle she hopes to find a job, and not melt in the rain.
